Important information about Pre-Paid Bookings

Please note all pickups and deliveries with our partner couriers occur between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. It is important you include a pickup and delivery address that is attended during business hours or include an authority to pickup/leave if unattended

For bookings with a pickup/delivery to a residential address where an authority to pickup/leave is not appropriate or if you have specific time requirements, we do not recommend booking this service.

Safe for Transport Declarations

All goods must be packed appropriately for transport and pallets have additional requirements. See our Packing guidelines for more information.

My goods are packed appropriately for safe transport.

It is a legal requirement under the Chain of Responsibility laws to correctly declare the weight and dimensions of your item/s. All goods for transport are remeasured/reweighed at the receiving depot. If items are under-declared, additional charges will apply and your delivery may be delayed. We recommend taking photographic evidence (with a ruler or tape measure in the images) of the length, width, height and weight of your item/s in the event of any dispute.

I have entered the correct weight and dimensions of my item/s and I understand that additional charges may apply for items weighing or measuring more than booked dimensions.

The shipping label/s supplied via email after booking MUST be attached to the item/s before pickup. Failure to have the label attached may result in a Futile Pickup charge.

I understand a printer will be required to print the shipping label/s emailed upon booking.
